bonnie's herbed new potatoes
We love these little red potatoes because they are easy and fast to prepare. They are also delicious seasoned with a decadent sauce of butter, garlic and dill. Enjoy! The photo is my own. Recipe courtesy of Vi Neiding.

Ingredients
- - enough red potatoes for 4
- 1 - tablespoon butter softened
- 1 - tablespoon sour cream
- 1/2 - teaspoon dill weed
- 2 - teaspoons minced chives
- 1/4 - teaspoon salt
- 1/8 - teaspoon pepper
- - squeeze of lemon juice
How To Make bonnie's herbed new potatoes

Step 1PREPARE THE POTATOES If the potatoes are large, quarter or cut them in half. If they are small, peel a strip of peeling from around the potato, leaving the rest of the skin on. Place in a sauce pan and cover with water, bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer for about 20 minutes or until done but not falling apart.

Step 2MAKE THE SAUCE In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

Step 3SERVE Drain the hot potatoes, add the sauce and toss gently and place in a serving bowl. Enjoy!
