- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 large red potatoes, cubed
How To Make healthy roasted potatoes

Step 1Heat oven to 475. In lg bowl, mix all ingredients, except for potatoes. Add potatoes and toss to coat potatoes evenly.

Step 2Place potatoes, in a single layer on a lg baking sheet. Roast, turning occasionally, for 30 mins, or until potatoes are tender.
