Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 4 large
    red potatoes, cubed

How to Make Healthy roasted potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 475. In lg bowl, mix all ingredients, except for potatoes. Add potatoes and toss to coat potatoes evenly.
  2. Place potatoes, in a single layer on a lg baking sheet. Roast, turning occasionally, for 30 mins, or until potatoes are tender.
