4 largered potatoes, cubed
How to Make Healthy roasted potatoes
- Heat oven to 475. In lg bowl, mix all ingredients, except for potatoes. Add potatoes and toss to coat potatoes evenly.
- Place potatoes, in a single layer on a lg baking sheet. Roast, turning occasionally, for 30 mins, or until potatoes are tender.
