These potatoes are so delicious and easy to make, thanks to the refrigerated hash browns.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup lite sour cream
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 - 30-32 oz pkg refrigerated hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes

How To Make healthy crunchy, cheesy potatoes

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper. mix well. Stir in potatoes. Spoon mix evenly into baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Cover, bake 45 min. Stir mix. Sprinkle w/ cornflakes and bake, uncovered 20 min, or until bubbly.
