10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c
reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c
fat-free milk
1/2 c
lite sour cream
1/3 c
finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp
30-32 oz pkg refrigerated hash brown potatoes
1/2 c
crushed cornflakes

How to Make Healthy crunchy, cheesy potatoes


  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.
  • 2In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper. mix well. Stir in potatoes. Spoon mix evenly into baking dish.
  • 3Cover, bake 45 min. Stir mix. Sprinkle w/ cornflakes and bake, uncovered 20 min, or until bubbly.
