Ingredients
- 1 - 10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup lite sour cream
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - 30-32 oz pkg refrigerated hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper. mix well. Stir in potatoes. Spoon mix evenly into baking dish.

Step 3Cover, bake 45 min. Stir mix. Sprinkle w/ cornflakes and bake, uncovered 20 min, or until bubbly.
