Healthy crunchy, cheesy potatoes

110-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup

1 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cfat-free milk
-
1/2 clite sour cream
-
1/3 cfinely chopped onion
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
130-32 oz pkg refrigerated hash brown potatoes

1/2 ccrushed cornflakes
How to Make Healthy crunchy, cheesy potatoes
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.
- In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper. mix well. Stir in potatoes. Spoon mix evenly into baking dish.
- Cover, bake 45 min. Stir mix. Sprinkle w/ cornflakes and bake, uncovered 20 min, or until bubbly.
