Ingredients

10-3/4 oz can reduced fat, condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c
reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c
fat-free milk
1/2 c
light sour cream
1/3 c
finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp
pepper

30-32 oz pkg frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c
cornflakes cereal, crushed

How to Make Healthy cheesy potatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper.
  • 2Stir in potatoes. Spread mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 45 mins. Stir potatoes and sprinkle w/ crushed cornflakes.
  • 3Bake 20 mins or until bubbly.
