- 1 - 10-3/4 oz can reduced fat, condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - 30-32 oz pkg frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup cornflakes cereal, crushed

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper.

Step 2Stir in potatoes. Spread mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 45 mins. Stir potatoes and sprinkle w/ crushed cornflakes.
