    10-3/4 oz can reduced fat, condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    30-32 oz pkg frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    cornflakes cereal, crushed

How to Make Healthy cheesy potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper.
  2. Stir in potatoes. Spread mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 45 mins. Stir potatoes and sprinkle w/ crushed cornflakes.
  3. Bake 20 mins or until bubbly.
