Ingredients

  • 1 - 10-3/4 oz can reduced fat, condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 - 30-32 oz pkg frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cornflakes cereal, crushed

How To Make healthy cheesy potatoes

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Stir in potatoes. Spread mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 45 mins. Stir potatoes and sprinkle w/ crushed cornflakes.
  • Step 3
    Bake 20 mins or until bubbly.
