How to Make Hashbrowns
1Rinse potatoes and grate with or without skins. Place in a bowl of water and allow to sit at least one hour, this will release the starch and allow for a crisy hashbrown.
2Drain potatoes, rinse and squeeze out all liquid. Generously grease large skillet or griddle. Place potato and drizzle wih alittle more oil and seasonings.
3Cook over med heat turning every few minutes for about 30 min. or until hashbrowns are brown.
