- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1Coat the liner of a 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and combine well. Pour into prepared slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
