- 2 pounds fresh green beans
- 1/2 package hickory smoked bacon
- 1 - red onion
- 1 teaspoon cruched red pepper flakes
- 3 medium red potatoes
- 2/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
How To Make green beans with bacon and potatoes

Step 1Cook bacon.

Step 2Sauté onions and pepper flakes in bacon grease, add green beans, potatoes and chicken broth.Cover and cook until potatoes and beans are tender.

Step 3When beans and potatoes are tender remove cover. Add garlic and cook until broth has evaporated.

Step 4Add salt and pepper.
