golden parmesan potatoes
I love the ease of these delicious potatoes. They remind of restaurant style Mojo's but not as spicy. They have a delightful crispy crust on the outside but soft and tender on the inside. And since I prefer to control what is in the mix I know they won't be too salty so it's good for our diet.

Ingredients
- 6 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 teaspoon mrs. dash salt-free seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, fresh ground (optional)
- 1/3 cup butter
How To Make golden parmesan potatoes

Step 1Peel potatoes; cut into sixths.

Step 2In a large Ziploc bag, combine flour, parmesan, seasoning, parsley flakes and ground flax seed. Mix well.

Step 3Line a large shallow baking pan with foil. Melt butter in pan by placing in 375 degree F oven.

Step 4Moisten potatoes with water and place a few at a time in the bag with the flour mixture. Shake to coat. Place in a single layer in pan of melted butter. Continue until all are coated and placed in pan.

Step 5Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees F. Turn only once during baking.
