Ingredients

2 medium
potatoes cut to disired sizes
1 tsp
fresh rosemary- chopped or crushed
1 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
olive oil
dash(es)
salt and pepper to taste
a lot of
paprika (optional)

HEAT OVEN TO 425 F

How to Make Garlic/Rosemary Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray oven safe pan with non-stick cooking spray.


    Melt butter and oil together in seperate dish
  • 2Add garlic and rosemary to butter and oil.
  • 3PAPRIKA is Optional
  • 4Pour over potatoes, toss till well coated.
  • 5bake potatoes in ONE LAYER, turning occasionally until golden and crispy
