Needed a side dish, and low on money. This was just what I needed.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes cut to disired sizes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary- chopped or crushed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • dash salt and pepper to taste
  • a lot of - paprika (optional)
  • HEAT OVEN TO 425 F

    Step 1
    Spray oven safe pan with non-stick cooking spray. Melt butter and oil together in seperate dish
