Ingredients For garlic/rosemary potatoes

  • 2 md
    potatoes cut to disired sizes
  • 1 tsp
    fresh rosemary- chopped or crushed
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • dash
    salt and pepper to taste
  • a lot of
    paprika (optional)
  • HEAT OVEN TO 425 F

    Spray oven safe pan with non-stick cooking spray. Melt butter and oil together in seperate dish
