Walked into the Kitchen this morning and said... Not the " Normal " today...

So!!!!!

Here is what I did.....

Ingredients

  • 2 medium
    potatoes - shredded
  • 1/2 c
    red onion - diced
  • 2 large
    eggs - slightly beat
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 tsp
    mrs dash ( garlic and herbs blend )
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 lb
    andouille sausage - or your choice

How to Make Fireman Bob's " Spur of the Moment Breakfast "

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat butter in frying pan, add the red onions and saute till soft
    Add sausage cook till almost done
  2. Combine all other ingredients and stir
    Add the mixture to the sausage and cook till done.

    Simple, yet Delicious...
