Step 1start by cooking bacon/drain break into small pieces ..set aside..use bacon fry pan...drain off some of grease to pan add chopped red onions chopped celery cook till translucent.. to pan add cubed bread pieces 3 slices of bread cut into cubes add to fry pan ...now add left over or fresh mashed potatoes .. whip egg add to pan and add a little milk cook to heat through .. penn. dutch use this as dressing on thanksgiving excellent they are great all by them selves yummy
