Elegant 4-Cheese Company Potatoes

Ingredients

4 largerusset baking potatoes
-
4 Tbspbutter
-
·*seasoned salt and pepper to taste

1/4 ceach: (grated) fontina, havarti and cheddar
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan
-
1 Tbspfresh chopped parsley
-
1 Tbspfresh chopped thyme
-
·*sour cream, optional
-
·*more fresh chopped herbs, optional
How to Make Elegant 4-Cheese Company Potatoes
- Rinse and scrub potatoes, pat dry. Cut crosswise into thin slices cutting almost all the way through. (*Use 2 bamboo skewers on either side to prevent cutting all the way down.) Place into baking dish and fan out slightly. Drizzle each evenly with the melted butter. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
