Ingredients

3 mediumpotates, cooked, peeled, and sliced

4eggs, hard boiled, sliced

1 cdiced ham (optional)

1beaten egg

1/2 ptsour cream

1/2 cbuttered bread crumbs.
How to Make Egg Casserole
- Generously grease with butter a 1 1/2 qt shallow baking dish. Layer poatotes (2-3 medium cooked, peeled, and sliced), then a layer of 4 hard boiled eggs sliced, and next 1 cup or more of diced ham. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Mix 1 beaten egg with 1/2 pt. of sour crea. Pour over potatoes, eggs and ham mixture. Then cover with 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter bread crumbs. - Crumbs:
Melt 4 Tbsp. butter ina pan and add 1 cup plain breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp. parley. Cook till butter is absored and crumbs are browned.
