2 clight sour cream
2 creduced fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, plus 1/2 cup cheese for topping
2 can(s)low-fat cream of chicken soup
1 bunchgreen onions, sliced
2 ccrushed cornflakes
How to Make Easy, cheesy potato bake
- Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine sour cream, 2 cups cheese, soup and onions, Mix well.
- Add hashbrowns and mix well. In another bowl, mix remaining cheese w/ crushed cornflakes. Spoon potato mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 40 mins.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle cornflake mix evenly over top of casserole. Bake, uncovered 15 mis, or until top of casserole is browned lightly.
