Ingredients
- 1 - 2 lb bag refigerated shredded hashbrown potatoes
- 2 cups light sour cream
- 2 cups reduced fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, plus 1/2 cup cheese for topping
- 2 cans low-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
How To Make easy, cheesy potato bake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine sour cream, 2 cups cheese, soup and onions, Mix well.

Step 2Add hashbrowns and mix well. In another bowl, mix remaining cheese w/ crushed cornflakes. Spoon potato mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 40 mins.

Step 3Remove from oven, sprinkle cornflake mix evenly over top of casserole. Bake, uncovered 15 mis, or until top of casserole is browned lightly.
