Dairy Free Italian Mashed Potatoes
- large baking potatoes
- 1/4-1/3 c
- so delicious unsweetned coconut milk
- 3 Tbsp
- non dairy butter
- 1 tsp
- my bread dipping seasoning
- salt to taste
Mash and add in milk, butter and seasoning.
Stir it all up and serve hot!
Goes well with my Quick Beef Steaks recipe and steamed broccoli
