Good old comfort food here. My hubby hates curry, and he loved these!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 medium
    potatoes
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder,or more to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground white pepper
  • ·
    salt to taste

How to Make Curried Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a non stick pan over low-medium heat (around a 3 on a numbered burner) until butter is melted.
  3. Add potatoes and sprinkle with curry, bouillon and pepper and stir to coat.
  4. Cook potatoes until they are tender and sprinkle with salt to taste.
