How to Make Crusty Potato Wedges
- preheat oven 400 degrees, spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into wedges. combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Add potatoes to bowl; toss until well coated with mixture.
- Spread potato wedges in a single layer in the prepared baking dish leaving a little space between wedges if possible
- Bake potatoes for 10 mins. Turn over wedges and bake another 10 mins. let slightly cool before you serve.
