- 1 pound red potatoes
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/ teaspoon black ground pepper
How To Make crusty potato wedges

Step 1preheat oven 400 degrees, spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into wedges. combine dry ingredients in a large bowl

Step 2Add potatoes to bowl; toss until well coated with mixture.

Step 3Spread potato wedges in a single layer in the prepared baking dish leaving a little space between wedges if possible

Step 4Bake potatoes for 10 mins. Turn over wedges and bake another 10 mins. let slightly cool before you serve.
