these are great for those who love potatoes but are watching fried food! BAKED french fries (wedges)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound red potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/ teaspoon black ground pepper

How To Make crusty potato wedges

  • Step 1
    preheat oven 400 degrees, spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into wedges. combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • Step 2
    Add potatoes to bowl; toss until well coated with mixture.
  • Step 3
    Spread potato wedges in a single layer in the prepared baking dish leaving a little space between wedges if possible
  • Step 4
    Bake potatoes for 10 mins. Turn over wedges and bake another 10 mins. let slightly cool before you serve.
