How to Make Crockpot Bacon-Wrapped Fingerling Potatoes
- Toss potatoes with oil, thyme, pepper and paprika in a large bowl. Wrap half slice of bacon tightly around each potato.
- Heat large skillet over medium heat; add potatoes. Reduce heat to medium-how; cook until lightly browned and bacon has tightened around potatoes.
- Place potatoes in crockpot slow cooker. Add broth. Cover; cook on high 3 hours.
