    fingerling potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon slices, cut crosswise into halves
  • 1/4 c
    chicken broth

How to Make Crockpot Bacon-Wrapped Fingerling Potatoes


  1. Toss potatoes with oil, thyme, pepper and paprika in a large bowl. Wrap half slice of bacon tightly around each potato.
  2. Heat large skillet over medium heat; add potatoes. Reduce heat to medium-how; cook until lightly browned and bacon has tightened around potatoes.
  3. Place potatoes in crockpot slow cooker. Add broth. Cover; cook on high 3 hours.
