crock pot scalloped potatoes with ham
I think this is a great recipe, for after a holiday to use my leftover ham, since it only calls for 1 cup diced. This recipe is from an old magazine clipping from Southern Living.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 medium thinly sliced onion
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded american cheese ( 4 oz. )
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can undiluted, cream of mushroom soup ( 10 3/4 oz. )
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives , fresh
How To Make crock pot scalloped potatoes with ham

Step 1Layer 1/2 of the first 4 ingredients, starting with the potatoes, sprikling with salt and pepper, repeat the layers as before. - put the soup in a Bowl and Stir in the 3/4 cup of water, mixing well, and pour over the top of mixture in pot - Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours - when done , before serving Sprinkle chives over the top, before serving
