Ingredients
- 6-8 medium potatoes, peeled
- 3 teaspoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup progresso garlic and herb bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped or crushed
How To Make crispy herb-crumb potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Place two bowls side by side. Place melted butter in one bowl and combine the two bread crumbs in another bowl.

Step 3Roll the potatoes in melted butter and then in the bread crumb mixture.

Step 4Place potatoes in a 9 x 9 pan. Pour any remaining butter over top of potatoes or you may spray the tops with vegetable spray.

Step 5Cover and bake 50 minutes. Uncover potatoes and bake an additional 20 minutes or until tender and breading is crispy brown.
