Ingredients For crispy herb-crumb potatoes

  • 6-8 md
    potatoes, peeled
  • 3 tsp
    melted butter
  • 1/4 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    progresso garlic and herb bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    rosemary, finely chopped or crushed

How To Make crispy herb-crumb potatoes

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • 2
    Place two bowls side by side. Place melted butter in one bowl and combine the two bread crumbs in another bowl.

    Roll the potatoes in melted butter and then in the bread crumb mixture.
  • 4
    Place potatoes in a 9 x 9 pan. Pour any remaining butter over top of potatoes or you may spray the tops with vegetable spray.

    Cover and bake 50 minutes. Uncover potatoes and bake an additional 20 minutes or until tender and breading is crispy brown.
