Ingredients
- 3 quarts water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups russet potatoes, diced , 1-inch cubes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make cream cheese potatoes

Step 1In a large saucepan, combine water, salt, and potatoes. Bring to a boil; Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Drain potatoes well and return to saucepan. Add cream cheese and butter, using a potato masher, mash potatoes mixture until cream cheese and butter are meted. Add parsley, garlic salt and pepper, stirring to combine well. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
