this truly came bout because of leftovers......not enough of anything [was gonna give it to the dogs]... but...well read on... this turned out sooooooooooooooooo good.........please give it a try...

Ingredients

2-3 cups leftover mashed sweet potatoes
4-6 large leftover grilled ears of corn,removed from cob
1 bunch green onions,chopped well,divided
- milk,as needed
1/2 stick margarine,melted

How To Make corny sweet tater bake...

Step 1

this was put together night before as we had the corn and potatoes.... was gonna give to dogs, instead i made this cut up onions mixed 1/2 in with taters and corn [if real dry add a little milk] put rest on top covered put in fridge

Step 2

next day add melted marfarine pre heat oven to 350 bake uncovered for 30-35 min [had this with baked pork chops and homemade applesauce...yummy!!!!]
