Corned Beef with Cabbage and Potatoes

  • 1 large
    corned beef
  • 1 medium
  • 24 small
    red potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    chives, dried
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Corned Beef with Cabbage and Potatoes


  1. Put Corned beef in crock pot, cover with the enclosed seasoning packet, add water to cover. set on hight for 5 hours. Remove corned beef from water and slice
  2. At 4 hour mark, heat oven to 350, cover potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder and chives. Cook for 1 hour
  3. After Corned beef ad potatoes are done put sliced cabbage in a pot, cover with water and boil for 30 min, drain from water and season with sailt and pepper to taste
