Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/3 cup hot milk
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
How To Make colcannon

Step 1Cook and mashed potatoes. Add milk, salt and pepper.

Step 2Melt 4 Tbsp butter over low heat. Add cabbage and onion. Cover tightly and cook over low heat until tender, about 5 minutes

Step 3Mix cabbage mixture into potatoes. Melt remaining bitter, then make a well in potatoes and pour in melted butter.
