2 ccabbage, shredded
2 Tbspchopped onions
How to Make Colcannon
- Cook and mashed potatoes. Add milk, salt and pepper.
- Melt 4 Tbsp butter over low heat. Add cabbage and onion. Cover tightly and cook over low heat until tender, about 5 minutes
- Mix cabbage mixture into potatoes. Melt remaining bitter, then make a well in potatoes and pour in melted butter.
