This recipe I came upon in Cooking Light is very good, not to say healthy. My family really enjoy this with ranch dressing or by itself.

Ingredients

  • 2 large
    baking potatoes (cut into strips)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin

How to Make Chili Fries (Baked not fried) Healthy

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 450*
  2. Combine: all ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss well.
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    Bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are golden.
