This recipe I came upon in Cooking Light is very good, not to say healthy. My family really enjoy this with ranch dressing or by itself.

- 2 large baking potatoes (cut into strips)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Step 2Combine: all ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss well.
