This recipe I came upon in Cooking Light is very good, not to say healthy. My family really enjoy this with ranch dressing or by itself.

Ingredients

  • 2 large baking potatoes (cut into strips)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

How To Make chili fries (baked not fried) healthy

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450*
  • Step 2
    Combine: all ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss well.
  • Step 3
    Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are golden.
