I like to try different veggie dishes/casseroles, especially in the fall/winter. I find this one easy and good.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons btter or margarine
  • 1 - can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. - sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon died minced onion
  • 1 - 32 oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 2 c. - cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cheesy potatoes

  • Step 1
    mix butter, soup, sour cream, and onions in a large bowl. Stir in thawed hash browns and cheese.
  • Step 2
    Place in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 1 hr., til bubbly and slightly brown on top.
  • Step 3
    if you cook just a little bit longer it will have a crunchy crust; season with just bit salt/pepper
