Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons btter or margarine
- 1 - can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. - sour cream
- 1 tablespoon died minced onion
- 1 - 32 oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 c. - cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheesy potatoes

Step 1mix butter, soup, sour cream, and onions in a large bowl. Stir in thawed hash browns and cheese.

Step 2Place in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 1 hr., til bubbly and slightly brown on top.

Step 3if you cook just a little bit longer it will have a crunchy crust; season with just bit salt/pepper
