Ingredients
- 1 lb. - velvetta
- 2 c, - mayonnaise
- 2 lb. - pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 - white onion, chopped
- 3 oz. - real bacon bits
How To Make cheesy potato casserole

Step 1preheat oven to 350 deg., In microwave melt cheese in large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, then add potatoes and onions.

Step 2Spread in 9x13 baking dish and top with bacon bits. Bake for 1 hr., or til hot and bubbly

Step 3When I make this recipe I double it and instead of bacon bits-I microwave a lb. of bacon, drain and dice into pieces then top. Bacon rules!!!!!!!
