In my household we love broccoli & potatoes. So I put this lovely delicious recipe together.

Ingredients
- 1 pound yukon gold potatoes, cut into wedges
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - ground pepper to taste
How To Make cheesy broccoli potato mash

Step 1Bring an inch of water to a boil in a large saucepan fitted with a steamer basket. Add potatoes, cover & steam for 10min.

Step 2Place broccoli on top, cover and steam until potatoes and broccoli are tender, 6-8 minutes more.

Step 3Transfer the broccoli to a large bowl and coarsly mash with a potato masher.

Step 4Add the potatoes, cheese, milk, salt and pepper and continue mashing to desired consistency. Serve immediately. ENJOY!!
