How to Make Cheesy Barbecue Fries
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Oil baking sheet or use a silicone mat.
- Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Arrange on tray. Sprinkle on seasoning. Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Brown ground beef and drain fat. Stir in barbecue sauce. Cook until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
- Pour meat sauce over wedges and top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
