cheesy barbecue fries
You can substitute any ground meat or even make it vegetarian with TVP. We eat this as a main dish but as a side you can obviously expect it to serve more. Be very careful to use salt free seasoning or with the barbecue sauce and cheese this becomes a salt bomb, and not in a good way!

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 teaspoons salt free cajun seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheesy barbecue fries

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Oil baking sheet or use a silicone mat.

Step 2Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Arrange on tray. Sprinkle on seasoning. Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Step 3Brown ground beef and drain fat. Stir in barbecue sauce. Cook until bubbly, about 5 minutes.

Step 4Pour meat sauce over wedges and top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
