We love oven-roasted potatoes, but I am full-time working mom and wife so no time to bake potatoes in the oven. Now my family loves this version even better.

    small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley flakes or fresh
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic

How to Make Buttery Garlic Potatoes


  1. Wash and quartered potatoes. Place the potatoes in a 2-qt. microwave-save dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the butte, seasoned salt, paprika, parsley and garlic.
  3. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
  4. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.
