Ingredients
- 6 - small red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes or fresh
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
How To Make buttery garlic potatoes

Step 1Wash and quartered potatoes. Place the potatoes in a 2-qt. microwave-save dish.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine the butte, seasoned salt, paprika, parsley and garlic.

Step 3Pour over potatoes and toss to coat.

Step 4Microwave, uncovered, on high for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.
