Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 - potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (franks)
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 2 - celery stalks (cut up)
How To Make buffalo style potatoes

Step 1Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Drizzel with oilive oil. Place on baking dish in 450 degree oven for 30min. Flip and continue cooking for another 20-30min till tender.

Step 2Shake cooked potatoes in hot sauce. Chop celery and mix with blue cheese and pour over potatos. Or serve on side.
