1corned beef brisket
1 smallhead of red cabbage, quartered
8 - 10carrots, peeled and chopped
10 - 12brussel sprouts
10 - 12potatoes, peeled and chopped
How to Make Brandy's "Irish Stew"
- Put Corned Beef Brisket into a deep pot, fill pot with water until it just covers the brisket.
Add seasoning packet that comes with the brisket.
- Set the burner on low and let the brisket slow cook for 9 hours.
- Add the Carrots and Potatoes. Let cook for another half hour,add the brussel sprouts, let cook for another half hour.
- Add the Red Cabbage, let cook for the remaining hour. Corned Beef should be tender and falling apart. Veggies and potatoes should be fully cooked.
