How to Make Brandy's "Irish Stew"
1Put Corned Beef Brisket into a deep pot, fill pot with water until it just covers the brisket.
Add seasoning packet that comes with the brisket.
2Set the burner on low and let the brisket slow cook for 9 hours.
3Add the Carrots and Potatoes. Let cook for another half hour,add the brussel sprouts, let cook for another half hour.
4Add the Red Cabbage, let cook for the remaining hour. Corned Beef should be tender and falling apart. Veggies and potatoes should be fully cooked.
