- 4 cups hot mashed sweet potatoes
- 5 tablespoons buttered, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon mace
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup peach brandy
- 2 tablespoons light cream
- 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
How To Make brandied sweet potatoes

Step 1Combine sweet potatoes, 4 tablespoons butter, sugar, spices and salt in bowl; mix well. Stir in Brandy and cream. Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole dish. Drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter over to. Sprinkle with orange rind.

Step 2Bake at 375 for 30 to40 minutes or until browned.
