border potatoes
(2 ratings)
An easy to prepare side dish we've been making for years. Make sure to thaw the potatoes w/ onion & peppers -- otherwise, it takes MUCH longer to cook and it's MUCH harder to stir together the ingredients.

(Be sure your potatoes are THAWED; if you want to add salt and pepper, you're welcome to -- we have always just depended on the taco seasoning packet to season the dish and had salt and pepper at the table.)
