- 2 tsp
- fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp
- salt & pepper
- green onions chopped.
How to Make BOB'S Peas & potatoes
- 1in a skillet cook bacon till chrisp. Remove, drain ,crumble and set a side.
In a dutch oven in boiling water cook potatoes till tender,remove from water,drain and slice thin.
In the boiling water cook peas untill crisp-tender. Plunge in cold water to stop the cooking,drain.
- 2put potatoes and peas along with cooked bacon in a large bowl,toss to mix..
In a med.mixing bowl add olive oil and the rest of the ingredients. Whisk well to mix together..
Now pour over potatoes and peas,toss to mix well..
You can eather serve chilled or warm. it is great eather way.
