    potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1 small
    onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 5
    slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 oz
    vegetable oil
  • 1 oz
    cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    water

How to Make BAVARIAN POTATO SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice potatoes thin and put in bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle with chives if desired. Serve at room temperature. Makes 4-6 servings.
