baked sweet potatoes with cinnamon honey butter
Sweet potatoes aren't just for the holidays; we eat them year round. I like to switch things up by adding different kinds of seasoned butters. Some are savory, others are sweet. This is one of my husband's favorites. Cinnamon, honey, sugar and butter melting into a soft and sweet homegrown sweet potato... what's not to love? They are a great side for ham, pork chops and chicken. Delish!
