    sweet potatoes scrubbed and cut lengthwise 3/4 inch wedges
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown suger
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    dash of cayenne pepper [optionl]

How to Make Baked Sweet potatoe Wedges


  1. preheat oven at 400. lightly spray baking dish or cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Spray potato wedges with cooking spray and toss together with all the spices in a large bowl.
  3. Place potatoes in a single layer in baking dish or skillet.Bake 20 min turn over and bake 20 additional min.Serves 8
