baked parmesean potatoes
I got the idea for these foil-baked potatoes from one of the members on this site (D.Bellinger) and have adapted it to our liking. It makes a delicious side dish !!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces alexei brand frozen red potatoes
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt ( lawry's )
- dash - cooking spray
How To Make baked parmesean potatoes

Step 1Place potatoes evenly on 4 pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil in a single layer. Season with above seasonings using 1/4 on each section of potato slices. Spray with cooking oil.

Step 2Fold the foil over the potatoes tightly. Preheat the oven to 425'. Place the foil packages on a cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.

Step 3Be careful opening the pouches. Enjoy !!
