I love this. I came up with this recipe because I wanted to find a new healthy side. that my kids would love. it`s a great way to get kids to eat vegetables!!

Ingredients
- 6 large red potatoes
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 can drained carrots
- 1 or 2 pinches salt and pepper
- 1 bunch fresh calflower
- 1 pinch garlic salt with parsley
- 1/2 pound velveeta chesse
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
How To Make baked chessy potatoes and vegetables

Step 1cop of the stems on the broccoli and cauliflower

Step 2then drain the carrots

Step 3rinse cut potatoes in to bite size pieces

Step 4cut a half a block of velveeta cheese up into big pieces so it will melt easier

Step 5place all ingredients in a baking pan cover with seasoned bread crumbs cover and bake on 375 until the potatoes are soft uncover about 15 mins befor it`s done so bread crumbs brown nicely !.
