I love this. I came up with this recipe because I wanted to find a new healthy side. that my kids would love. it`s a great way to get kids to eat vegetables!!

  • 6 large
    red potatoes
  • 1 bunch
    fresh broccoli
  • 1 can(s)
    drained carrots
  • 1 or 2 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch
    fresh calflower
  • 1 pinch
    garlic salt with parsley
  • 1/2 lb
    velveeta chesse
  • 1/2 stick
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned

How to Make baked chessy potatoes and vegetables


  1. cop of the stems on the broccoli and cauliflower
  2. then drain the carrots
  3. rinse cut potatoes in to bite size pieces
  4. cut a half a block of velveeta cheese up into big pieces so it will melt easier
  5. place all ingredients in a baking pan cover with seasoned bread crumbs cover and bake on 375 until the potatoes are soft uncover about 15 mins befor it`s done so bread crumbs brown nicely !.
