baked chessy potatoes and vegetables

I love this. I came up with this recipe because I wanted to find a new healthy side. that my kids would love. it`s a great way to get kids to eat vegetables!!

Ingredients

  • 6 large red potatoes
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 1 can drained carrots
  • 1 or 2 pinches salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh calflower
  • 1 pinch garlic salt with parsley
  • 1/2 pound velveeta chesse
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned

How To Make baked chessy potatoes and vegetables

  • Step 1
    cop of the stems on the broccoli and cauliflower
  • Step 2
    then drain the carrots
  • Step 3
    rinse cut potatoes in to bite size pieces
  • Step 4
    cut a half a block of velveeta cheese up into big pieces so it will melt easier
  • Step 5
    place all ingredients in a baking pan cover with seasoned bread crumbs cover and bake on 375 until the potatoes are soft uncover about 15 mins befor it`s done so bread crumbs brown nicely !.
