I love this. I came up with this recipe because I wanted to find a new healthy side. that my kids would love. it`s a great way to get kids to eat vegetables!!

6 large
red potatoes
1 bunch
fresh broccoli
1 can(s)
drained carrots
1 or 2 pinch
salt and pepper
1 bunch
fresh calflower
1 pinch
garlic salt with parsley
1/2 lb
velveeta chesse
1/2 stick
1 c
bread crumbs, seasoned

How to Make baked chessy potatoes and vegetables


  • 1cop of the stems on the broccoli and cauliflower
  • 2then drain the carrots
  • 3rinse cut potatoes in to bite size pieces
  • 4cut a half a block of velveeta cheese up into big pieces so it will melt easier
  • 5place all ingredients in a baking pan cover with seasoned bread crumbs cover and bake on 375 until the potatoes are soft uncover about 15 mins befor it`s done so bread crumbs brown nicely !.
