This is a very delicious side dish and I like to change it up with various meat , sometimes I use chopped ham or chicken instead and shredded cheese on top but its just as delicious as with out it.

Ingredients

2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup ; undiluted
1-1/3 c
sour cream
1 large
onion ; chopped
1 lb
sliced bacon ; cooked and crumbled
32oz pkg
frozen tater tots
1 tsp
garlic powder with parsley
1/2 tsp
seasalt
1/4 tsp
white pepper
shredded cheese ; optional

Step-By-Step

1COOK THE BACON UNTIL CRISPY AND DONE THROUGH.
2IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ; THE SOUP , SOUR CREAM ,
AND ONION AND SPICES.
3ADD THE BACON AND TATER TOTS STIR UNTIL ALL COMBINED.
4TRANSFER TO A GREASED 13x9x2" BAKING DISH ; TOP WITH CHEESE IF DESIRED.
COVER AND BAKE @ 350 deg. FOR 50 MINUTES .
5UNCOVER AND BAKE FOR 8-10 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN (AND CHEESE IS MELTED IF USED).
6YIELDS ; 10 SERVINGS

( CAN BE DOWN SIZED FOR A SMALLER DISH .)
