Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, mashed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1/2 cup margerine, melted
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make augratin mashed potato casserole

Step 1Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Place half the potatoes in the dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup parmesean cheese.

Step 2Cover with the remaining potatoes. Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheddar chees over the potatoes. Top with the breadcrumbs that have been mixed with 1/2 cup melted margerine.

Step 3Bake at 450' for 20-25 munutes until cheese is melted and crumbs are brown. Enjoy!
