I grow all the Ingredients organic and I am also type 2 diabetic. There is no sweeteners added and is very low glycemic. My family and church family love it. They say it should be a desert dish.

Ingredients
- 2 cups washed and peeled, sliced to 1/4" slices organic sweet potato
- 2 cups organic blackberries
- 2 cups 3 different verities of organic apples with peel left on, cored and wedged
How To Make all organic sweetpotato; blackberry; apples; dish

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and put in a 13"X16" casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake fore 1 hr., after 1 hr. remove and serve hot or warm. After completely cooled you can serve with no sugar added vanilla ice cream as a desert or just eat it plane as a snack.
