How to Make A-Peeling Snack

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel as many potatoes as desired or other vegetables using a vegetable peeler to get the best thin peelings. Place in salted water to prevent browning.Set aside. Cover a baking pan with parchment paper and spray with olive oil.
    Preheat oven to 400^.
  2. When ready to bake- drain and pat dry. Place the patted dry skins in a single layer on the parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil or spray with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning.
    Bake for 10-15 minutes until desired crispness. Let cool and enjoy!

    Sometimes I beat an egg white till soft peaks from and drench skins in the whipped whites and sprinkle with desired seasoning and bake as directed. Make them nice and crispy!
