We love baked potatoes! I love to collect and search for hints to make things easier/faster if possible without sacrificing flavors. These 3 hints for potatoes come in handy for many occasions.
The one with the slow Cooker is wonderful for crowds!

How to Make 3 Ways to bake potatoes!

Step-by-Step

  1. 1. To get Crispy Skins:
    Prick with a fork all over, rub skins with olive oil.
    Bake @ 400 for 1 hour.
  2. 2.To make them ahead1 This is The Neatest one of all!
    Wrap the potatoes in foil.
    Place them in your Slow Cooker.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours!
    BTW. In a lot of restaurants they are not baked at all, but wrapped in foil and then boiled in huge pots.
  3. 3. To Speed Them Up!
    Prick them all over with a fork and them microwave them on high for 10 - 20 minutes. Depending on size and wattage of your microwave.
