Ingredients
- 1(16oz) package penne pasta, uncooked
- 2 cloves garlic,minced
- 2 medium zucchini,sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried or fresh
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper
How To Make zucchini ricotta pasta

Step 1Cook pasta,drain it and keep it warm.Meanwhile,the heat oil. Add garlic and zucchini and cook 5 minutes or until tender.

Step 2In a small bowl ,combine ricotta cheese,half-and-half, and salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.Add to zucchini mixture. Cook and stir until hot.

Step 3In a large serving bowl,combine cooked pasta, zucchini mixture and basil.Toss gently to mix and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
