Zucchini Ricotta Pasta
1(16oz) pkgpenne pasta, uncooked
1 cricotta cheese
1 chalf and half
1 tspbasil, dried or fresh
1/2 cshredded parmesan cheese
·salt and pepper
How to Make Zucchini Ricotta Pasta
- Cook pasta,drain it and keep it warm.Meanwhile,the heat oil. Add garlic and zucchini and cook 5 minutes or until tender.
- In a small bowl ,combine ricotta cheese,half-and-half, and salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.Add to zucchini mixture. Cook and stir until hot.
- In a large serving bowl,combine cooked pasta, zucchini mixture and basil.Toss gently to mix and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
