Ingredients
- 8 ounces wide noodles (can use yolk-free)
- 1 or 2 medium apples, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- - egg beaters (equivalent of 2 eggs)
- 8 ounces applesauce
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make sweet kugel with apples and raisins

Step 1While noodles are boiling, core & chop apple(s). Combine with all other ingredients in a bowl; mix thoroughly.

Step 2Drain noodles; add to other ingredients and combine. Pour into an ungreased glass baking dish (the size will depend on how much you have).

Step 3Bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes, or until top is nice and brown.
