I found this recipe by way of my second mother. We love this dish.

  • 1 lb
    spaghetti pasta
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 1
    red pepper
  • 1
    orange pepper
  • 1 large
  • 1 medium
    red onion
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz
    zesty italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    salad supreme seasoning
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    sliced green olives
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt and pepper. season to the taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 large
    cucumbers. [can't forget the cucumbers]

How to Make Spaghetti Salad


  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, rinse with ice cold water and drain well.
  2. Chop peppers, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers coarsely. place in a large bowl.
  3. In medium bowl, whisk together salad dressing, cheese, salt, garlic powder and peppers & salad supreme seasoning until well blended. Stir in cucumber and onion.
  4. Pour mixture over spaghetti and toss lightly to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
