This is a good mix of flavors, it's also very satisfying ,I also like that I can make it a day or two ahead , and the flavors mix well and give the chicken and pasta a really good taste.

    whole roasted chicken skin and bones removed, and chicken chopped.
  • 1 pkg
    ( 1 lb.) small shelled pasta
  • 2/3 c
    cider vinegar
  • 2-3
    celery ribs chopped
  • 6
    green onions, thinlt sliced
  • 1/2 c
    green bell peppers chopped
  • 1/2 c
    black olives chopped
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1
    large tomatoe chopped

How to Make Southwesteren Pasta Salad


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.Plave in a large bowl add the vinegar , and toss to combine.
  2. Stir in the chicken, celery, onions, green peppers, olives,and tomatoes .
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients, stir into pasta mixture , cover and refrigerate overnight.
