This is a good mix of flavors, it's also very satisfying ,I also like that I can make it a day or two ahead , and the flavors mix well and give the chicken and pasta a really good taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 - whole roasted chicken skin and bones removed, and chicken chopped.
  • 1 package ( 1 lb.) small shelled pasta
  • 2/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2-3 - celery ribs chopped
  • 6 - green onions, thinlt sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell peppers chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 - large tomatoe chopped

How To Make southwesteren pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.Plave in a large bowl add the vinegar , and toss to combine.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the chicken, celery, onions, green peppers, olives,and tomatoes .
  • Step 3
    Combine the remaining ingredients, stir into pasta mixture , cover and refrigerate overnight.
